MECHANICAL SURVEYS

PQR Surveying can provide the following surveying services for
Mechanical Works:

• Set-up of local xyz control for the project.
• Pre-calculations and checks on plans.
• As-constructed survey check of existing foundations, hold down bolts and other critical structures in preparation for steel installation.
• Mark-out of centrelines, gridlines and other reference lines or points prior to the installation of steel structures and/or machinery.
• All horizontal and vertical survey checks, as required, to ensure completion of work to designed accuracies, including; column verticalities, 3D position checks for tanks, ducts, pipes, rails, conveyor pulleys, etc.
• Final as-constructed surveys and QA reporting.
