Robert Lancucki

Started his tertiary education at the Technical University of Warsaw in Poland and completed Bachelor of Surveying Degree course at Melbourne University, in 1984.

Robert gained his first practical experience in engineering surveying on the construction of Portland Aluminium Smelter in Victoria, in 1985. Later on moved on to working for GHD based in Frankston and since then expanded his experience working on various engineering and mining projects in Western Australia, Africa and in the Middle East.

Robert has worked mainly on large size construction and mining projects in Australia and overseas including:

    • Portland Aluminium Smelter project in Victoria
    • Telfer Gold Mine in WA
    • Alcoa’s Huntly and Willowdale bauxite mines
    • Nelson Point, Finucane Island, and HBI projects
    • Anderson Point and Utah Point port facilities
    • Ravenshorpe Nickel, Hope Downs Iron and Boddington Gold expansion projects
    • Gorgon LNG project at Barrow Island
    • Christmas Creek Iron Ore Project north of Newman
    • Macedon LNG project in WA
    • Bisotoun Thermal Power Plant in Iran
    • Damang Gold Mine project in Ghana.
