    We accept payments by Paypal (just click on “Add to Cart button” on the products page), or by direct transfer to our bank account (please send us an email with your order, your details, delivery address and receipt for the payment).

  • Our 30-Day Product Replacement Guarantee.
    We stand behind our products and guarantee that PQR Nuts are of high quality stainless steel material and workmanship and we will replace any defective product, but not damaged through normal use, within 30 days of purchase through this site. Please contact us before you send the product back to us. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to replace the product, if we determine that the damage was due to misuse or wear and tear.
  • We will also be happy to replace any product purchased through this site that is damaged during shipping. Send us a picture by mail/e-mail to show us the damage or you can send the product back to us within 7 days and we will send the replacement to you free of charge. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to replace the product, if we determine that the damage was due to misuse or wear and tear.
